Who Should Take This Course?

A two session workshop will be presented by professional artist, Christine Caudill-Goodhue. The workshop will include a brief overview of printmaking history and process, as well as specific instruction on monotype printing. This hands on workshop is designed for the beginner, as well as those experienced in printmaking. A friendly atmosphere will allow for fun and experimentation with this immediate printing process. Participants will receive an instruction packet and will create four original monotypes during the two session workshop.

Course Outline:

The course will consist of two class sessions to be held on selected weekday evenings, from approximately 6:30 to 8:30 PM at How Original! Gallery in Laguna Beach.  Each class will include instruction, discussion, and creation of artwork. 

Class Fee:           

$100 per student.  Fee includes refreshments at each class session.  Other class costs will include the purchase of supplies.

Class size is limited to eight students and will be held at the How Original! gallery in Laguna Beach.

There are two sessions scheduled, one in October and one in November. 

Sorry, we haven't yet scheduled any printmaking classes for 2004.
