Gumball Machine

My name is Joseph Barral and I am currently attending the School of Visual Arts in New York. I live in Staten Island and have always enjoyed the arts. I am known to constantly strive to obtain any chance to exhibit and/or show my work.

I enjoyed this particular competition because of it’s “out of the ordinary” subject matter and focus. It was fun to take an ordinary everyday object that people usually take for granted and change it to something that normally would never be seen, yet keep it visually interesting enough to make people stop and think.
